-Pay is below industry standard, raises and bonuses are virtually nonexistent -Removing any external tools/resources to save money which is adding loads of additional (and unrecognized) labor -Leadership constantly overrides professional experience and expertise with their personal opinions -When these opinion-based choices lead to project failure, the employees have to redo things at the last minute leading to constant fire drills and inflated urgency -Leadership is encouraging employees to work on PTO days -The C Suite seems to be pushing for unlimited PTO instead of the good PTO system in place currently (layoff indicator) -Leadership shows a consistent lack of respect for their employees time and efforts -AI slop everywhere -Insane turnover -Little to no career growth opportunities anymore

A leadership team that almost seems proud to not care about employees AI slop everywhere- emails, slacks, documents...constant direction to use AI, all coming from people who can't even write a good email with it Bottom-tier pay A general feeling of panic across the company A new direction every 15 minutes Huge turnover. If you take a week vacation, be prepared for half your team to be gone when you get back
