      Great team, but not everyone had that

      Pros

      The team I was a part of was really great. Had a chance to work with people who have become friends even after moving on. My management always tried to do right by us, even when the overall direction of the company was unclear or shaky.

      Cons

      The company's direction always felt a little shaky. Felt like we pivoted into new areas every few months.
