Pros

The team is great! Everyone is so nice and encouraging, despite not working with each other face to face, you feel like you're working with your friends every day. The team meets face-to-face every year and despite not seeing other in reality, the meetups feel like a reunion of old friends. The management is very focussed and driven to make the company succeed. They encourage a healthy work environment for all staff and make sure we're getting to balance our work with our lifestyle. They help maintain a stress-free environment. The goals are manged accordingly and it's exciting to see us reach them as a team.

Cons

The company is growing rapidly so perhaps this is on the radar but health benefits and equipment allowance would be a nice plus, along with an education allowance.

A wonderful team with wonderful people. Despite the fact that the company has grown considerably since it was founded, it still has a startup vibe, where you can solve anything with any colleague directly.

Cons

Everywhere has its pros and cons, but I can't think of anything that's critical.

People in management listen and respect your opinions. Everyone values your time and its a great working environment where discussion is encouraged.

Cons

I've never had a problem that couldn't be discussed or addressed in a way that left me happy afterwards.
