Generous with remote work even before pandemic. However often based on employee position/hierarchy within the organization. After pandemic more liberal. Otherwise from salary/bonuses, benefits, etc. in line with most large corporations.

Top heavy organization with myriad of process and limitations to jump through to accomplish end goals. Poor training. Reliance on employee self help. Poor or lack of communication. Overly burdened by processes, databases, etc. Over emphasis on DEI and Environmental scores.
