Pros

There are some decent people working their that are not in management.

Cons

- Politics should not be an issue in the work place. - CEO thinks Covid is fake and does not take any precautions. - CEO & Management will belittle you, scream at you, and will make up rumors about current/past employees. - Job descriptions are not accurate. - Old business model and the company has no future to grow. - CEO is small minded and does not take and criticism or any opinions but his own well. - No cleaning is done at all in the whole building even during a pandemic. - Collaborating with other employees on work projects is not allowed and you will be told you cannot talk to certain people. - The pay is better at McDonalds than here. The retention rate here is so low it's astonishing. People only last weeks here. There is a handful of people who have been working here over several years, but can attest that the CEO is highly disapproved of. When talking about this job experience to actual business professionals they are shocked to hear how toxic of a work environment it is.
