No one really cares about Attendence or workmanship
Cons
Management is unable to keep material in stock, order hardware, or maintain machinery. No one cleans up after themselves leaving the shop incredibly dirty at all times. Was told there would be room for growth, training and schooling, yet have been stagnant since arrival despite asking numerous people in a management and ownership.
