Pros
Casual atmosphere with great culture and people to work with. Great vision for the company overall. This company is going places. If you want to work in a startup "all-hands-on-deck" environment, this is the place to do it.
Cons
If you don't like being a jack-of-all-trades, this is not the place for you. Sometimes you have to help in different areas than your expertise, but it gives you great work experience and exposure to different tasks.
