      mostly nice people lots of opportunities to travel, if you like

      Cons

      pay is far too low, company culture is not inviting of outsiders, innovation is not appreciated, leadership is insulated from the real world, and there is a lack of transferable experience, and too much in-breeding

      VERY smart colleagues who care, work hard, and want to continually get better. Our company culture is very sincere, hardworking, and fun. There's a long-standing commitment to improving the experience of working here.

      Lots of people who work here have never worked anywhere else. Very smart people who don't know they are probably worth more than what they're being paid
