      -Fully remote -Trust Based work with 2-3 core hours per day -Received a good work device and a test device as an android developer

      Cons

      -because the team was small, sometimes you had only one person to rely on solving an issue(code review, opinion etc.)

      Pros

      nice colleagues and nice office location. but that's pretty much it.

      Cons

      they hired a batch of people over the summer, just to have them laid-off before December. after I left, I've heard that they did the same thing again and again with other people. would certainly not recommend to anyone
