Pros
Professional and ethical work environment. Everyone is friendly and approachable right up to senior management. A "we care about our people". There is trust to allow each individual to get on with their job. Lots of training to improve knowledge.
Cons
Being a small business there's a lot of work to be done and not enough hours in the day but the workload is spread out and manageable.

In my current experience I got to work in a very friendly & healthy work culture / environment, generally the task brief I get is detailed with amicable deadlines
