Worst managers. Frustrated employees who get sadistic pleasure in harassing contractors. Place full of brown nosers. Very stressful environment. Manager is inhuman and doesn't care even if contractors wife is sick or serious. Only cares about getting work done. Treats contractors like sheep and never gives them even basic respect. Discriminates openly between employees and contractors.

Management. After the company take over of Monomoy New York, they kept the same management in charge which quickly lead to depreciation of employees, sales, customers and any hope or faith within the company. The best employees that made the company have all quit and moved on. Those that are left are those who will never be anything in life and hold on to a slim glimmer of hope that they are made to feel important or relevant as the company draws to its ending. HR is a joke, management is inexperienced and promote those who sit on their phones and do nothing and the hard working are punished and reprimanded. The cult has even trickled down to the last remaining employees who if you are not part of their gang, are too pretty as a woman or seem more educated than them, they will bully you until you quit or they will do everything they can to get you fired. These same employees hide work orders and work to make it look like there is nothing to do to make their numbers look better.
