      Pros

      Nice benefits (lunch, monthly health stipend) Weekly 1 on 1's/thoughtful management - they care how you are doing and inquire what they can do better. It's great to be writing new code rather than supporting old, the backend is in the very early stages. Friendly team who values culture and activities (yoga wednesdays). Really smart colleagues. Exciting to be on the ground floor of the product prelaunch.

      Potentially dad jokes if you aren't into them.

      Pros

      Great company perks, brilliant co-workers, fun environment and everyone's opinion matters. If you know and understand the startup world, you will thrive at Shape. They give you the ability to learn and grow in your career. Management truly cares and it shows. You get to really make an impact and make changes where you feel they need to be made.

      Cons

      Typical growing pains of a startup. Everything is moving at a fast pace, you have to be ok helping out where you can and not be the one to say "That's not my job". There are long hours involved but we're all working towards the same mission.
