      Great Company, horrible managerial staff

      Pros

      The company produces quality products. Has great employee health package and perks. Bonuses The founders of the company is exactly how you would imagine - laid back, personable, and passionate behind their products.

      Cons

      Managerial staff lacks any professionalism and has a favored hierarchy. Cannot get inventory under control and shuts out all ideas. Missing hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of inventory Fabricating inventory to banks

      Pros

      Network, industry discounts that’s about it.

      Cons

      Pay, favoritism, bad management, lies, no raises, brown nosing is the only way to get anywhere. Little to no R&D before putting out gun after gun. Upper management does not listen to those putting the firearms together. Quantity over quality all about putting those numbers out.

      Company culture is terrible. Loyalty is not rewarded. Constantly laying off full time employees for temps.
