Pros

Management have been really transparent on what the plans are and they have done really great during this trying times. The Support organization has been really great as well in providing the team members the need they need to help the customer's succeed.

Cons

It is a very fast-paced environment and if you are the type of person that likes to take it slow and easy then it will not be for you.
