Remote work. Friendly colleagues. Simple bonus structure. Freedom to work independently.

Cons

Little to no training or guidance. Targets are everything; support is nothing. Poor communication. No team structure. Ideas ignored. Lack of transparency. Not a place for growth or collaboration. One of the worst places I have worked. If you want great company culture, teamwork, proper guidance, and real communication, this is not the place for you. This role only suits someone who is comfortable doing 100% repetitive cold-calling with very little support.
