Small Company Feel Difficulty keeping up due multiple responsibilities Management doesn't listen and is overly aggressive when speaking with employees.

This is a 3 ring circus!! Saying the company is unorganized would be an understatement!! The fact that they monitor homes and businesses is very scary. The company has a very high turnover rate and 23 of the 25 employees hate their job. They are unprofessional. They will not train you (forget a training manual) and this sets you up for failure. No one will show you what to do or help because everyone in the office is severely over worked and overwhelmed. Don't waste your time. I worked in sales but couldn't do my job properly due to a lack of techs!! The place is a big JOKE they only have one residential tech to cover the entire Chicagoland area. Beware, it seems like a great opportunity until day 3. I worked there for 5 months and saw able 1/3 of the 25 employees leave.
