      - some insights about recruitment market in The Netherlands

      Cons

      - no strategy/vision - we found out they never paid our social security contributions, and didn't want to pay the last month of work. We had to call a lawyer to get back part of the money. I wrote "we" because this happened not only to me but to other colleagues as well.

      Pros

      Really nice and passionate colleagues that bring hard working and fun&play together in the office! Besides hard working on different outstanding projects, we play indoor golf, darts, fly with the remote helicopter and exercise on the TRX together! For me this is completely new and I was not sure that this was for real, but it is!

      Cons

      - Going to your work with a big smile every day! - Each day is different and always learning me to progress my present skills and experience! - Get awarded really good for the hard work that I do. - Work with a lot of laughing and enjoyment with really nice and enthusiastic people!
