The people you work with are nice. Work from home is great.
Cons
Low pay. I was told everyone in the company starts at 18/hr. This wouldn't be a problem but there are also no raises. So there is no upside. Poor Management, little to no recognition for good work. The job I was hired for did not match what I ended up doing which was call center work. I would place very little stock in the job title and what you actually end up doing. Company Culture of fear and threats of law suits if you leave.
