      I honestly can’t find a good reasoning for a pro.

      Cons

      Pay is horrible, management do NOT care about employees just themselves.This place is run by a family who seek their own families interest instead of others. Illegal immigrants with fake documentation think they are managers and complain about other employees. New employees here are not trained properly so older staff will down talk them behind their backs. Over staffed.

      Pay is decent the people are ok.. also they are flexible with hours it's the only job where you can miss a week and still have a job

      Cons

      Insurance barely covers anything, everything changes day to day no consistency, you get 1 break after 4 hours and if you work past 2 you'll get a 15 minute break...they don't communicate at all and the rules change daily no holiday pay or raises no vacation time no 401k
