      Lot's of finger pointing.

      Pros

      I'm not really sure what the pros of working here are. It's an interesting business they run, that's about it. SOME of the people are nice.

      Cons

      Everyone tends to point fingers and blame other when things do not work out when in reality its that Owner/President or Project Managers fault and they will not admit it. The morale is very low, when you get there you immediately cannot wait for the day to be over. It's quiet, no one talks. It's very uncomfortable. No one knows what the other people are doing and communication is bad. The President has been known to literally call people very insulting names.

      Decent compensation, extra vacation time for being a non-smoker

      Cons

      No 401k. Incredibly high turnover (both voluntary and not), even prior to Covid-19. Either they don't know how to find the right candidate, or management has unrealistic expectations. It also appears the company generally takes on more work than what their workforce can support. Management promises to help new hires with training and provide feedback on projects in real time, but either is too busy or routinely forgets.

      loved all the employees at the time, except for the president of the company (D-B—)

      Cons

      everything the person said in the review titled “lots of finger pointing” holds true. having an unprofessional and rude president created an office atmosphere of fear and finger pointing.
