Pros
Healthy work environment with great teammates. The culture was relaxed and encouraged closeness and collaboration, regardless of hierarchy. There were two all-inclusive off-site gatherings every year and a half, bringing the entire team together.
Cons
Extra hours were not financially compensated, and workloads could become quite heavy at times. Salaries were below industry standards, and raises did not always occur annually.
