Great people to work with. Lots of support when you need it.
Cons
It can be challenging at times gaining new homes to manager especially when the real estate market is hot to sell.

Pros
Large corporation with multiple branches, companies under the parent company and locations. Good for entry level employees, fast learners and anyone great with multitasking/ fast paced work environments. Employees are all generally kind and willing to work as a team per office (and generally company wide). Bonuses are offered bi-annually and quarterly per office performance and company performance.
Cons
High stress industry, fast paced and lots of details/moving parts at any given time. No room for easy or routine advancement in my experience- they tend to keep people in the same positions. Not to say you can’t, it’s just not something they actively help their employees do. The pay isn’t high, it’s base level/minimum wage for the most part and don’t expect increases in pay. I do feel corporate is ultimately more concerned about how the company “appears” vs. truly valuing the employees and all they do
