Pros
The people that work for security matters that I have come in contact with have been the nicest people to work with and always willing to help.
Cons
I can't think of any negative aspect for my job or anything negative of all the people that I have come to know.

SecurityMatters promotes autonomy. Individual performance is dependent on results. Management is friendly and approachable. Professional, hard working, top notch employees.
