Pros
Relatively easy to make sales starting day one. No one micro manages you at all. The work hours are 12:30 - 7:30 with Saturday being optional.
Cons
Its not easy to make significant money. Basically once you meet your quota, which is pretty easy to do, you can make about $2,000 per month. However, its hard to make much more than $3,000 per month
