      Pros

      Gave me a opportunity to grow and continue too improve my craft, fun work place, great opportunity to grow. Management truly does show they care when times get tough like a family does. Owner gives 120% and is very hands on and goes the extra mile for his employees.

      Pros

      It is a great family environment. We all get along even though we have times were we get into small arguments. Doesn't change the fact that it is an inviting place to be. We all bend over backwards to support each other and even pick each other up when we are down.

      Cons

      Sometimes we just get so overloaded with work but its part of every job.
