Management gets bored and starts squeezing the service techs and hourly employees. Gets old. They have town hall meetings every year telling us how great they are doing but don’t provide any type of bonus to the hourly employees. Insurance premiums go up more than wages most years. Annual pay increases don’t seem to be linked to your review and rarely beat inflation. They rank you on metrics that you have no control over.

Poor company culture, new sales leadership lack the ethics and morals that should lead anyone in the life safety industry. The company will change commission structure in the middle of the year and make it retroactive, leading to loss of awards and recognition at year-end. Customer billing and service issues make it difficult to retain relationships with customers, resulting in few repeat customers.
