Professional growth is encouraged and leadership genuinely shows an interest in their employee's professional/career goals. Management is incredibly supportive, approachable, and open to feedback. There is a large focus on work-life balance, including flexible schedules and remote work options. Benefits-wise SecureStrux offers competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.

Cons

SecureStrux is not immune to the usual challenges experienced by smaller companies and has some room for growth.

Great management with open access to the CEO, President, etc. Management is willing to listen to your feedback and values others' opinions. Flexible / hybrid work schedule. Great office environment. Technical team does excellent work, and the company has a good reputation in the industry.

Cons

Small business, so you need to be comfortable wearing a lot of hats. Must be ready to be flexible and lend a hand wherever needed.
