      Good Health Benefits and 401k.

      Cons

      Managers are always hiding letting Supervisors do their work, nepotism and hostility from Supervisors, there’s only 1 person working at HR who’s unorganized, doesn’t respond to work issue claims, and relies on Supervisors. So a never ending cycle of ____. (You finish the sentence.)

      • Depending on job, you can either work on site or from home. • Teams always communicate with each other • Managers are supportive and want the solution to succeed - they are very helpful

      Cons

      • Small company, you wear many hats • Periods of heavy tight deadline work and then barely any work • There is no training period so you have to pickup skills quickly
