Terrible Culture Lots of Firing

Pros

If you like the stress of constantly thinking you are going to get fired then that is a plus

Cons

I think the positive reviews are false with bots generating the information. Do not see how anyone can feel safe in their roles. Every week there are people getting fired. I saw a woman who was around for less than a month and they let her go! ZERO feedback just what I hear its blanket statements. if they do not like you they will fire you. High turnover so hard to get anything accomplished. When you get terminated they pay less than 3 weeks salary. This is not a good place to invest your time go elsewhere.

Pros

*The people that actually do any meaningful work are great (engineers, dev's, security). *There are a few customer success stories and those can be attributed to the people actually doing work. *The benefits are decent. *It's remote.

Cons

*C-suite and upper management have no clue what's actually going on. *They raised 70 million in Series C and immediately start firing people. *Historically, at the end of the year they go through a round of firing people. *You won't feel good there because of the sheer amount of toxicity. *It took months of explaining to C suite what the actual problems customers were facing, and they are still ignoring it. *They won't want to match your pay; they will throw bonuses at you (be prepared to get less money and do a lot more work). *Unrealistic C suite goals that translate into poor customer experience, terrible work life/balance, and poor product development is life. *They won't give you a raise, but they will throw bonuses at you to keep you there. *Move fast and wait for the churn. *There is zero work/life balance.

Pros

Great pay, remote work first environment, and the benefits packages are above and beyond.

Cons

Toxic leadership undermines an otherwise solid company. While the CEO is a strong presence, the leadership beneath him often misrepresents team progress and project statuses, creating a false sense of stability. This practice erodes trust within the company. Additionally, favoritism is prevalent, and micromanagement has created friction between teams, stifling collaboration and innovation.
