I had great experience and was lucky to work with excellent team of professionals. People are super friendly and helpful which make very pleasant working atmosphere. The product is complex but it will give opportunity to learn new stuff and gain new skills. Higher management is always ready to listen and help to solve any problem.

SearchForce has an amazing team of hardworking, smart, and helpful people. I made some lifelong friends there. You get flexibility and opportunities to work in different teams and through the full application development cycle. Your work is appreciated and valued. Higher management is open to ideas, friendly, and transparent.
Cons
Some releases are entirely focused on just updating the Google/Bing APIs and catching up with the API changes.
