      A company that provides great training programs, and supportive of external training to grow professionally.

      Cons

      Depending on division within Seagate, management changes focus and direction constantly and doesnt advise all team members, poor communication , doesnt acknowledge hard work by all employees, alot of preferential treatment. Lack of understanding of diffferent geographical territories. Management looks for a scapegoat for poor management decisions and walks away unscathed.
