      Many changes in the right direction

      New management is forward thinking and engaging. New ideas from staff are embraced and considered. There is a shift to solutions rather than "finger pointing"

      Cons

      Slow reaction time to needed change, but improvement seems to be coming. Leadership at times is vague and ambiguous, but again, a shift seems to be happening.
