      Pros

      The CS team has been great so far. A good amount of us are new, but we have been making tons of progress and learning a lot. When a few of us were hired, it was right around the start of renewal season, so it was fast and felt a little over whleming, but our leadership team was extremely supportive. Our team genuinely gets along and support each other.

      Cons

      Fast paced, sometimes communications get lost due to how fast, but our director and VP do a good job of informing us.

      Colleagues still managed to be friendly in spite of the work situation.

      Cons

      High employee turnover due to high work pressure and horrible attitude. You can feel the frustration and desperation in the atmosphere! Work was stressful. Managers were mean. They humiliate you for your every failed evaluation instead of coaching so you’d do better next time. It’s horrible.

      Working at this company is great. Everyone is so nice and friendly, which makes the job easier and more enjoyable. All the materials are well-organized and easy to find making the job even smoother.
