Disconnect between management and reality creates frustration
Pros
Everyone is expected to do everything. Apt for people who start their career
Cons
You are hired for your experience but you will have do what they want and how they want it - the clear gap in all positions. You will run to ends even for small requests to be approved or even looked into. Product teams dont talk to Sales or CSMs and that with all the departments - complete Red Tape. Yes masters or the new ones survive here - attrition is beyond 50%. There are 1 or 2 people who drive the show and the quality of the butter is proportionate to tenure, career and appraisal here. System or processes are a joke - everything is dealt on case to case basis and the same case when resurfaced has a different solution this time, everytime. Management has dreams but disconnected with ground reality - You can act like working and stay longer here than really working. And the top management became top like this. Product doesnt know what to build that sells, Sales doesnt connect to product n vice versa, marketing is happy not to be cornered and management seems least interested - and you can see this clearly.
