Pros

No good things about this company

Cons

Terrible place/ environment to work in. Very high turnover of employees Training is very bad and staff have a low-level of education anyway lose-lose situation Very low wage and no benefits Work quality is poor and very repetitive HR consists of 1-2 employees and they have no people skills, do not deal with problems correctly. Lower level managers (Stage 1 RTA) has poor education, very ignorant and is a bully Senior management are not approachable and Managing Partner has never spoken to junior staff - very poor people skills. Overall - horrible experience, left as quick as I could, would encourage people to avoid like the plague.

Pros

If you are liked and can jump in to a clique from day one, you'll be fine. I actually can't think of any pros about this place.

Cons

Terrible training, HR and lack of interpersonal skills. The place is falling apart with holes in the walls and ceilings. HR literally have no interpersonal skills whatsoever. Any issue that you raise with them won't be dealt with any form of sensitivity or confidentiality. You are basically left to your own devices. Avoid this place like the plague, the management and staff are nothing short of anal.
