      Good benefits; flexible work arrangements available

      Cons

      Promotions not performance based but rather rely on your ability to ingratiate yourself with “management.” Knowledge is not valued but glibness is. A bit soul crushing for serious professionals who are not also narcissists.

      Great consultant-level colleagues Stimulating work Nice sites Varied projects

      Cons

      Petty and mean senior management (bonuses are all discretionary so you won't get them if your face doesn't fit) Dissatisfied staff voting with their feet (30% of staff left last year) Middle-management are powerless to improve things - all decisions are taken at exec level Some employees routinely get zero pay-rises in spite of two years of record-breaking profit
