Pros
-> Pressure is not so high like other recruitment agencies. -> Culture is important. -> Working with experienced people and newbies altogether. -> Being able to work at an international company.
Cons
-> If you don't get jobs, it's hard to pull jobs as the company's reputation is not like the other big players. You have to work really hard. -> Hope to have a close friend/close friends if you want to stay social or act independently. -> Your manager has to be good or you have to make good connections with 1-2 people at the office. -> Internationality is really good but partnership/cooperationwise there isn't much going on.
