      I retired from Schauer after 46 years. This is a WONDERFUL place to work. Expert leadership, exceptional people. Very client oriented. If you're lucky enough to be hired, a wonderful future awaits you !

      The office is aesthetically pleasing and in downtown Canton.

      Cons

      This is a family business that is focused only on people with the Schauer name, Unless you were hired because your last name is one shared with an important client or prospect - you are second class. When in the second class status the management will do whatever they can to justify you giving more of your production to the owners. The number of people who share the name Schauer are the ones who must have written all of those 5 star reviews.
