Great company with Growth opportunities, benefits and Bonus.

Cons

Poor Managment for Ontario region, bias and always tends to choose people with personal preferences and overlooking skills and efforts of employees who are willing to work. Don't see efforts of employs, never responds to employees question. HR always encourages to communicate to Manager but we almost never receive any response.
