Treated poorly, blame culture, expected to overwork as standard, disorganised, no effort, money, or care taken to develop early careers despite claiming to have a training programme. No work flexibility (in office all day every day). When ill, only contact is to say you won’t get paid and made to feel inconvenient. Bad atmosphere in the office due to unpredictable mood of management. Do not deal with disability well at all.
