      Pros

      Small pockets of very talented people dotted about the company.

      Cons

      Aggressive & unprofessional leadership. Top heavy organization. Marketing has been completely disbanded with almost all of the team leaving overnight.

      Cool product, lots of smart people (fewer these days)

      Cons

      Ever since they sold to TPG, things have gotten worse. Most critically, culture took a nose dive. As other reviews have said, while you are in with the "in" crowd it can be ok, but if you don't toe the line and flatter leadership, you are out. Used to be a fun place to solve problems and build things, less-so these days.
