Techs are very experienced and knowledgeable. Management cares about their employees and clients. Specializes in on premise Microsoft domains. Specializes in on premise Microsoft Exchange Specializes in small to medium size businesses Management is more interested in bringing value to the client than making a quick buck Ethical business

Pros
The people and companies you get to work with can make it rewarding from a customer service aspect, but nothing more than that.
Cons
This place is not what it promises to be. Advertised as having training and starting at tier1...more like throw you into the fire second day in. The direct supervisor is near impossible to contact which makes asking questions very difficult. Instead you get stuck twiddling your thumbs, hoping to get an answer at some point in the day.
