      - Supportive team members who listen and try to help resolve pain points - Growing team, across Canada team members, and even some global team members. - Management listens to each team member and will make reasonable accommodations for personal or work-related problems - Fun and exciting projects, a great place to grow and build a fantastic portfolio - Great benefits for health and wellness - Very supportive of mental health and respect for global issues that affect mental health - Diverse Culture

      Cons

      - Growing pains, movement is rapid due to growth which comes with turbulence - Opportunities may not be outlined, are available if you are willing to start the dialog - Organization and documentation limited on older/previous projects **Soft on the cons, due to the growth going on I see movement to remedy these cruxes every member to the top is constantly growing and learning and solutions are be attempted
