Everyone can learn more from projects if you are fresher.

Cons

No Salary time. Employees get salary in two part of last month in current month. If any one leave company then he/she will not get his/her last month salary. Management will tell every time that we are arranging fund for last month salary but no one will not get that last month salary. I faced same issue. Too much politics in employees if they are on senior post.

I had a job here for about an year. None. I don't find even half a pro for this company. There isn't anything good about the company. It's not worth calling a company.

Cons

1. No vision. 2. No employee retention policies. 3. Pathetic projects (no vision). 4. Poor ideas. Poor planning. 5. Poor everything.

Friendly and Soft spoken Management, Flexibility

Cons

Irregular salary, in 2-3 installments, no focus on learning or quality, poor infrastructure, no dinner/cab if you are made to sit late in the night even if its 2 in the night, no process of appraisal
