      Decent salary , close to public transportation

      Bad management, no upward mobility, poor hiring practices. Only accept a job here if you have no better options. You'll be looking again in 6 months

      Do not waste your time! You will be searching again within a year stuck with this resume killer dragging you down. Sappi is an archaic dinosaur rampant with sexism, racism and conservative 1950s thinking. This reputation is known in the Boston market and it will follow you if you try to leave. Few women in leadership and those who are just riding it out until retirement. Corporate is mostly older, conservative white men who lack innovation, care for employees and modern thinking.
