      Howcome all appreciation come between a few days and the nobody writes anything. They are manipulating glassdoor They work on manipulations

      Restless and indecesive, major founders have quit the company. Sold to US management who dont know how to manage India

      There are no more pros to stay here. The company has taken a drastic turn, for the worse, due to poor sales numbers and poor leadership.

      Cons

      Salary cuts, layoffs, commission reductions, freeze on promotions and raises. They use their employee monitoring software on their own employees.
