Pros
Endless opportunities to provide solutions to resolve issues and adequate annual budgets to complete numerous improvement projects.
Cons
Limited opportunities for promotions and career growth. Some positions still closely compartmentalize their projects. Leadership only meets with Directors and above and their are too many directors to report to that aren't actually doing anything constructive to share the workload to get projects completed.

Pros
Terrific company whose owners have really invested time and energy into making employees excited about coming to work. Both corporate offices (Indianapolis IN and Scottsdale AZ) are beautiful and employees have all the tools they need with which to be successful.
Cons
As a small company, there aren't a lot of layers of management. That is actually a good thing because decisions can be made quickly, and the managers are also responsible for a lot of the work. Downside-there aren't a lot of promotion opportunities due to the small size.
