For a short term intro to the vehicle industry, this is your go to. No matter what position you are hired into, you will learn the ins and outs of all departments whether it is in your job description or not.
Cons
you are expected to do anything that's asked of you, even if it is not your job. I'm not talking about a little thing here and there, I'm talking about running errands for both dealerships on your lunch hour, taking huge amounts of money to the bank without a chapperone, where if someone at the dealership may have been off on the count, your hands were the last to touch those thousands of dollars. When you have a legitimate complaint for the human resources department, somehow it comes around back on you for complaining.
