Pros
There are a lot of nice people that I genuinely loved working with (but definitely not those in upper/exec leadership)
Cons
-HORRIBLE work culture. You won't be given raises or promotions, bonuses won't be paid out, horrible compensation. -Layoffs what feels like every few weeks. Entire teams of talented people laid off for no reason, sketchy layoffs in general after people speak out about the bad work culture, people who have been with the company 10, 20, 30 years laid off for no reason, people on medical leave laid off. It fosters a culture where you are always on edge and miserable. -Will need to work extremely long hours because they have laid off half of your team and refuse to replace them because they "have no money". -Entire leadership team is white and no room for growth. -No one responds to your emails because every single staff member is well over capacity. -Culture of employees hating their job and wanting desperately to leave. -No company vision. Executive leadership team is clueless.
