Pros

The analyst position at Sage will allow for exposure to various issues and research methods related to housing and community development. This is a great place to start a career in policy research. The team is very supportive and hard working.

Cons

Compensation and benefits could stand improvement.

Flexible hours Not stressful Laid back environment Friendly atmosphere Good location, no parking issue

Cons

Pay is very very low (Start from $20s) Benefits are not good ($40 copay to go see doctor) Owners are cheap when it comes to money or promotions or bonuses ($50 bonus for one year) Employee favoritism is common No telecommuting allowed even though it is possible
